We start with fresh natural cream and milk to craft the classic flavors you love and create imaginative combos that will make you do the happy shimmy. Our handcrafted ice cream + goodies are made in small batches ensuring that each bite is as delicious as the next!
We’ve got your cravings covered: go-to cookies and cream to indulgent salted caramel sesame brittle.
We do a lot of in-house crafting for our ice cream flavors: from baking to simmering to selecting in-season ingredients. We rotate flavors so make sure to get ’em while we got ’em – you never know when they’ll be back!
In addition to ice cream, we have ice cream soda floats and our version of the Italian affogato using our vanilla ice cream. We also offer dairy free options like real fruit popsicles.
You can also grab our signature Butteroo Chocolate Chip Cookie made with real butter and olive oil that’s crisp, chewy, chocolatey, sweet, and salty in all the right places. We’re constantly working on creating new goodies (ice cream cake terrine, anyone?) so try them before they’re gone!
We’re new to the Des Moines area ice cream scene and working hard to get our scoops to you! Currently, we plan to launch at local farmers markets and festivals. Come find our booth here!
